Spring load tester is a device for detecting the quality of the spring. It is mainly divided into three categories: spring tension testing machine, spring torsion testing machine and spring fatigue testing machine. This type of testing machine is an instrument specially used to measure spring performance. Springs are mainly used in cars.

So what are the precautions we usually use during the use, how to repair the fault, how to maintain it? Let's look together.

Spring load tester use precautions:

1. Spring load tester is a large-scale precision testing instrument. Special attention should be paid to waterproof and moisture-proof. The middle beam and the workbench should always be coated with anti-rust oil to prevent rust.

2. For rust-resistant parts or long-term unused accessories, such as clamps, jaws, connecting pins, anti-rust oil should be applied. If the jaws are partially blocked, clean them with a steel brush and petrol. Do not use hard tools for cleaning. Corrosion is one of the main forms of damage to fasteners, causing great losses to automobiles, motorcycles, and various vehicles and machinery.

3. Spring load tester should be more important for a production-oriented enterprise. Improper use may cause errors in the test. The machine can only be put into the market after a rigorous test.Therefore,the requirements for the use of the spring load tester should be carefully understood.

4.Spring tension and compression load tester should pay attention to the jaws or the relatively sliding surface of the clamp should be kept clean to avoid bumping, and the debris generated in the jaws should be cleaned in time.

 

Spring load tester troubleshooting method:

1. Switch no display. Check whether 220V power supply and microcomputer system power supply is normal. If the fuse is disconnected, it should be replaced.

2. If the power plug is in poor contact, it should be replaced;

3. If the power transformer has input and no output, replace the transformer or re-wind the transformer.

4. If the voltage regulator circuit is not normal, check the corresponding bridge diode and filter capacitor and the corresponding connection circuit, and replace the damaged ones; In case of weak welding or open circuit, it shall be rewelded.

5. Check if the digital circuit voltage is +5V. If not, there is a virtual solder or open circuit for the connection between the regulated power supply and the digital, and should be re-welded.

6. Check for short circuit points in 5V load circuit. If any, remove and dry, or replace components.

7. Check if the digital tube voltage is normal and check if the sensor is normal. If all of the above are normal, the op amp is damaged and should be replaced.

If the value of the power supply is unstable, you need to configure a regulated power supply. If the amplifier output voltage is unstable, replace the amplifier.

8. Check the CPU frequency (11.0592MHz) and compare the voltage for stability or drift.If there is a virtual welding problem, it should be rewelded.

If the performance of the component deteriorates, it should be replaced to check whether the circuit board is damp or oily, carry out necessary cleaning and dry processing.

Spring load tester daily maintenance:

1. When you have just received the spring load tester equipment, check the list for the number and quality of the accessories and instruments in the box.If you have any questions, please contact the supplier in time, and do not delay the use.

2. Spring load tester is a high-precision instrument. Due to the influence of air humidity, some components and attachments are prone to rust. It is recommended that users wear anti-rust oil in time.

3. Software that has been debugged should not be arbitrarily changed. Random changes will result in inaccurate data, which will affect the test data. If there is a software problem, you can consult our technical staff and do not change it yourself.

4. After each test, clean the debris and other contaminants in time to prevent damage to the equipment and prolong the service life of the equipment. Also, collect all the accessories to prevent the attachment from being lost for future use.

5. The test machine should be covered after use to prevent dust from falling into the machine
