1.Working Principle

Determination of the Vicat softening point temperature of thermoplastics: When the temperature is raised at a constant rate, the temperature at which the standard needle is pierced 1 mm deep on the surface of the thermoplastic sample under a certain load condition is measured.

Determination of the heat distortion temperature of plastic bending load: the plastic sample is immersed in a suitable liquid heat transfer medium with constant temperature rise, and the temperature at which the specimen bends and deforms to a specified value under the static bending load of the simply supported beam type .



1)Super high intelligent design

After inputting the parameters and placing the sample, the test is started, the dial gauge is automatically cleared, the instrument automatically balances the temperature, and the temperature starts automatically. After the last sample is measured, the experiment is automatically stopped and the data is automatically recorded.

2)Efficient test efficiency

The hot deformation test can also be done at the same time in a fuel tank. The Vicat test can also be performed. Each test station can be combined into a group to carry out the test. Once the temperature rises, several test reports can be independently produced, which greatly improves the test efficiency.

3)High precision measurement and control system

The high-performance temperature sensor and the advanced capacitive-gate digital dial indicator are used to accurately measure the small changes of the sample with an accuracy of 5μm. The advanced PID algorithm and the all-optical isolation phase-modulation module are used for temperature control to ensure the heating rate error. Less than 0.5 °C.

4)Sample rack automatic lifting

The sample holder has an electric lifting function, which can be stopped at any position, and the metal button is beautiful and practical.
