HRS-150 Digital Rockwell hardness tester is a suitable semi-automatic hardness measuring instrument. It can be used to determine the Rockwell hardness of ferrous metals, non-metallic materials and products.

Product overview

The spindle system of HRS-150 Digital Rockwell hardness test adopts the frictionless spindle structure. The application of the initial test force is controlled by the electromagnetic brake, thus improving the accuracy of the initial test force. The application, maintenance and removal of the total test force realizes automation and eliminates the errors caused by manual operation. The automatic digital display of hardness value can completely avoid the reading error of the operator, and the random printer can print out the measured hardness value and data processing results. It is widely used in factories and mines, scientific research units, laboratories of colleges and universities.

Test principle

With a diamond cone head or a steel ball indenter of a certain diameter, it is pressed into the surface of the sample under the action of the initial test force F0 and the main test force F1. Maintain for a certain period of time, remove the main test force, and retain the initial test force. At this time, the depth of entry is h1,The depth of compression under the action of the initial test force is h0, Their difference e(h1-h0) represents the permanent increment of indentation depth. Each entry of 0.002mm is a unit of Rockwell hardness.

Installation and adjustment

After the hardness tester is put in place, remove the fixing screws of the body first, and then spin out 4 upper cover screws(5),Press the upper cover with a hook, and then take out the upper cover (6),Remove the rubber band from the measuring lever(1) in the body,And the tie of the tail of the main lever(2), Cover the upper cover in time to prevent dust from entering the house. Turn the wheel(1) counterclockwise, take out the gasket on the lifting screw, pull out its uppermost protective cover from the lifting rod,Remove the other 2 protective sets, wipe out the antirust oil on the lifting screw, and apply a small amount of thin oil to lubricate. Then install the protective cover and put it on the work stage (3). Finally, open the rear cover(8),Remove the white yarn belt of the fixed movable parts and the rubber gasket under the weight and connecting rod parts.

Transformation of test force

Select the scale according to the hardness test requirements of the specimen (Figure 1),and determine the total test force according to the scale. Turn the changing wheel(11) to change the main test force.
